Cedar Solutions and Services was founded by H.M.Cedric, a business consultant trained at Dr.Ambedkar Institute of Productivity Chennai, National Productivity Council (NPC). Cedric’s industrial expertise spans to close to 3 decades which includes his corporate work experiences with MNCs like Autolec, Panasonic, ELGi Equipments and RGBSI. He specialises in the core area LEAN implementation and has undergone LEAN training from Festool Engineering, Germany and in Toyota Production system Japan.

The primal area of focus includes SMED, VAVE, KAIZEN, KANBAN, Problem Solving, Quality Circles, QC Tools, VSM, APQP, TPM and 5S as part of LEAN and BPR initiatives
